Kvaser Global Conference 2026: Turning connectivity into real customer value

At this year’s Kvaser Global Conference, colleagues from across the company came together to focus on product direction, teamwork, and future growth. Over three days, we combined strategic discussions with hands-on collaboration and shared learning.

The central theme was clear; we need to focus on the value we create for customers – not just the products we create. We understand many of the challenges our customers face, but we’re doubling down on uncovering ones we haven’t solved yet. That means starting with real customer goals, listening closely to what you are trying to achieve, and shaping our solutions to support those outcomes.

There were positive discussions around our product offering, with a strong sense that we are moving in the right direction. We see clear alignment between what we offer today and what our customers need, and we are well positioned to meet future demands.

These discussions also reinforced the importance of clarity – both in how we define our offerings and how we communicate them. When customers understand how our solutions support their goals, it becomes easier for them to make decisions and move forward with confidence.

The conference also emphasized teamwork and sharing responsibility. Workshops focused on defining customer value and aligning what a strong customer solution looks like in practice. They also highlighted that connectivity at Kvaser goes beyond technology – it also depends on how we collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and align around common goals. The final day brought inspiration and perspective, reinforcing the importance of mindset, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Our direction is clear; understand the customer’s goal, simplify how we deliver value, and continue to position Kvaser as a strong connectivity partner.
