Whistleblower policy
Why file a report?
At Kvaser, we strive for an open and transparent workplace, where malpractice does not occur. Therefore, we give you the opportunity to file whistleblowing reports. We use Visslan‘s whistleblowing channel which ensures your anonymity and high platform security. You can reach it by clicking here: https://kvaser.visslan-report.se/#/Â
Who can report?
In short, you can report misconduct if you are working within Kvaser. If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy.
What can be reported?
We urge you to whistleblow if you suspect that misconduct is occurring within the company, and there is a public interest in bringing this to light. Examples of misconduct that can be considered whistleblowing include:
• Corruption, intentional misreporting, fraud, theft, or other financial crimes
• Serious environmental crimes
• Major safety deficiencies in the workplace
• Other serious misconduct that concerns life or health
If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy. You do not need evidence for your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.
How is the report handled?
The report is handled confidentially. All irrelevant personal data will be deleted, and the case will only be saved for as long as necessary.
Reported cases are initially handled by Starck & Partner to ensure independent case management. After the initial handling, internal investigators at our company may take over a report.
