what is the SAE or ISO spec for CAN with 11bit addressing NOT J1939?

we have leaf light and OBD2 cable, and can log CAN data on a car. but can message identifier is 11bit addressing, what is the appropriate spec we need to look up an 11bit addressing can, we know this is not J1939 as this uses 29 bit addressing.
