To add a filter to the measurement, click the plus icon next to any of the nodes in the measurement to open a new drop menu and select CAN Message Filter.

The CAN Message Filter allows the user to either pass or block certain CAN identifiers, whether that be standard or extended identifiers. By using a hyphen as in “1-5”, it is possible to filter ranges of identifiers. Once the filter has been created, the sources being filtered can be altered by re-opening the filter configuration window and checking or unchecking sources from the list of available sources to filter.
