impossible to install pycanlib

Hello,

I try to install last version of pycanlib 1.8.xxx, but there is an error and it can’t install. I tried with the “pip ..*.whl” files (it is blocked by my company internet rules), i tried with “pip tar.gz” (same issue). And I also tried with “python setup.py install” but it can’t.

I also tried to install 1.7.xxx but it doesn’t work.

All the drivers are installed. I also installed Canlib Sdk.

I’m on windows 10.
